Background
At the start of 2022, Recruitee launched their new proposition: collaborative hiring. It was a great way for hiring teams to hire the best talent faster. The value proposition was to go with a new direction in our content strategy – Demand Generation.
FINDING THE SWEETSPOT BETWEEN WHAT WE WANT TO SAY AND WHAT PEOPLE WANT TO HEAR
This was my creative mantra whenever we brainstormed ideas for the content calendars. This, coupled with scroll-stopping visuals and compelling stories as well as tactical opportunities, all made the content more relevant and engaging to our audience.
Theme 1:
Improved candidate experience
Topicality: Hiring Horror stories, Transparency during the interview process, Remote hiring, etc
Storyline 2:
Meet Recruitee employees
Inline with the core strategy of being more human centric and lifting the curtain behind working life at Recruitee. Topics range from interviews, A day in the life, company culture, etc.
Storyline 3:
What’s in it for me
This will mainly be relevant in recruitment campaigns focusing on the EVP’s. Topics range from employee benefits, events, development programs, jobs, work/wife balance, etc
