Background

 

Recruitee(now Tellent) is Europe’s number 1 Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and part of the companies strategic repositioning was bringing the benefits of collaborative hiring to the forefront of the HR industry. What they wanted was a brand refresh that reflected this exciting new vision.

Challenge

 

Like many B2B brands, the existing visual identity focused on design trends, which in a fast-changing market can become quickly outdated. It also ensured that every stakeholder wanted to do their own thing which is not helpful when you’re trying to build a cohesive brand. Solution

 

I believe that any design language of a sports brand should have it’s genesis out the badge. The “Lion” and “Lioness” logos on the badge became a potent symbol to unite fans. It would give instant brand recognition and enormous flexibility in creating a modern and flexible design langauge fit for the social age.

Three candidates and a cloud (SaaS) is the  literal make up of the logo but it is primarily constructed out of three circles.
The circles symbolize focus, inclusion and movement, but also represent the circular notion collaborative hiring process. This became the framework around which our visual language was built.

Imagery is vibrant highly people-focused, featuring candid images that are positive, energetic, compelling, and diverse. We have created a structure that merges the colorful shapes of our brand with the friendly faces of our employees to spice up our layouts and help our brand shine.
